Abstract

A high performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine abamectin dissipation dynamicsand final residues in wolfberry.Applied 1.8% abamectin EC at dilution of 6 mg/L,the half life of abamectin inwolfberry fruit was 1.34 to 1.50 d,and abamectin was not detected 7 d after application.
