Abstract
The studies on the final residue and dynamic degradation of 1.8% abamectin EC in wolfberry were carried out by HPLC.and the results showed that abamectin dissipated rapidly in wolfberry fruit.Spraying at 6 and 12 mg/L with an interval of 7 d,the residue was 0.008 and 0.010 mg/kg in wolfberry fruit,the half life of Abamectin in wolfberry fruit was 1.34-1.50 d.and abamectin was not defected after 7 d of last spray at dilution of 6 mg/L.Thus,this pesticide is safe when applied on wolfberry fruit at recommended rates.
