Abstract
In Sentences in of CHU,there are both explanations of Poetry Of CHU and Wang Yi's thoughts.Specifically,Wang Yi not only inherited traditional conception,but also included new in his literary thought.Firstly,Wang Yi indicated that the essence of literature is to clarify through poets;secondly,Wang Yi pointed out that the ideas contained emotions;thirdly,Wang Yi pointed out that one of the functions of literature is to express the author's emotions of grief and anger;last,Wang Yi indicated that those literature works were good which expressed authors' emotions well and enough.His idea surpassed the outlines in Mao Shi Da Xu in Han dynasty and was significant in the development of poetry.
