Abstract
Objective To explore the change of coagulation and platelet activation markers and its clinical significance in women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods Automatic coagulation analyzer and flow cytometry were used in 60 normal non-pregnant women,60 normal late-pregnant women and 58 PIH women, with their prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) detected by clotting method,D-dimer detected by immunoturbidimetry,antithrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) detected by chromogenic substrate method, and CD62p and PAC-1 detected by flow cytometry. Results In normal late-pregnant women and PIH women,PT and APTT were significantly shortened,AT-Ⅲ decreased while FIB and D-dimer,expression of CD62p and PAC-1 significantly increased when compared with normal non-pregnant control group(P0.05,P 0.01).In women with gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia or severe preeclampsia,PT and APTT were significantly shortened,AT-Ⅲ decreased, while FIB,D-dimer,expression of CD62 and PAC-1 significantly increased when compared with those of normal non-pregnant controls(P0.05,P0.01).Differences in FIB,AT-Ⅲ,D-dimer,CD62p and PAC-1 increased along with severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension. No statistically significant difference was found for TT(P0.05).Conclusion Detection of coagulation indexes and platelet activation markers during gestation may have certain significance in monitoring, early prevention and treatment of PIH.
