The value of coagulation four indices combined platelet detection in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To study the variation of platelets and hemostasis parameters in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods All 88 patients with PIH and 50 normal pregnant women were included.Blood platelets(PLT),Platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet-large cell ratio(P-LCR),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),Fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)were measured in both groups.Results Compared with healthy controls,PLT,APTT,PT,TT,FIB had significant difference in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients(P 0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the parameters of the pregnant women of platelet and blood clotting related indexes,in the diagnosis and prevention pregnancy-induced hypertension has important significance.
