Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical significance of detecting the four index of coagulation test for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fib),thrombin time(TT)of 158 patients were tested,to explore the role of four index of coagulation test in the pathogenies of PIH.Results There were statistically significant betweent the PIH patients, the healthy non-pregnant women and normal pregnant women in results of four index of coagulation test.PT,APTT,TT was shortened in mild, moderate, and severe PIH patients in turn. The values of PT,APTT,TT increased and values of Fib decreased, which was matched with the severity of the clinical findings of PIH patients, the changes noted the patients were in pre-thrombus period. Conclusion The balance of blood coagulation and clotting system were disturbed in the pathology of PIH.Monitoring changes of coagulation factors and taking suitable managements was very important for decreasing the rate of severe PIH complications, preventing the development of the disease condition.
