Efficacy observation of Halometasone Cream combined with Paeonol Ointment in the treatment of infant eczema

Objective:To compare the efficacy of Halometasone Cream and Paeonol Ointment with Halometasone Cream or Paeonol Ointment alone in the treatment of infant eczema.Methods:Combined treatment group alternatively used 0.05% Halometasone Cream and Paeonol Ointment,2 times each day,each time interval for more than 2 h; in the single drug group,0.05% Halometasone Cream or Paeonol Ointment alone 2 times a day,morning and evening.Drug effects were observed after 7 days.Results:99 patients were equal into the combined treatment group,Paeonol Ointement Group,Halometasone Cream Group,the cure rates were 87.9%,66.7%,37.1%;the total effective rate were 93.9%,75.8%,51.5%.The cure rate and the total effective rate in the combined treatment group were better than single drug group.Halometasone Cream group was better than Paeonol Ointment.The combination therapy onset time of the combined treatment group was shorter than the single drug group.Conclusion:The combined treatment is superior to single drug,and the onset time is shorter,safer and well tolerated.
