Inquiry into and Analysis of Manpower Resources of Basketball Coaches and Players in Our Country

Using the methods of literature,visit investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis etc.,it made a separate analysis of the present condition of mampower resources of the basketball coaches and players both in sports and educational systems.The concluions are that in sports system,the number of training-participating-in basketball players is decreasing year by year at the present time,and the teaching level,academic background and experience of coaches have much room for improvement;while in educational system,there is potential and extensive advantage of students resources,but the technical level of basketball players is lower and the teaching experience of coaches is in bad need of perfection.So it put forward the conception of making the above two systems be organically combined,reciprocal,mutually benefited,thus realizing the jointly benefited harmonic development of mampower resources.
