Coaches,the Key Improving Our College Basketball Level

At present,the reasons of our overall college basketball low level in universities are not to be attached attach importance to,athlete's technology gap and coach's level.From the ordinary high-level college sports team's training and management of reality,the training,the economic,the actual situation of college coaches,basketball movement characteristics,competitive sports development trends,relevant policy documents,raising the level of coaches is the key to increase the overall level of college basketball.However,the existing problems are(1)Coaches cannot balance the relationship of raising the level of technology and the pressure of work and life,(2)the development of our college basketball is a late start,the overall level of coaches has not been markedly improved,(3)the theory of our sports industry is little research on this issue,and has not enough attention.
