Abstract
The Chinese literature of modern times is a transitional literary genre, it has itself ownership; it expresses lots of characteristics, such as changes, alteration, plural values inner tension and conflict and exploration and creation. The establishment of the view of the ownership of the Chinese translation literature of modern times has the key role for the genera Chinese literary history.
