On Fair Use of Copyright

Fair use plays a very important role in balancing the benefit of the copyright owner and the user.However,practically,it has met the biggest challenges ever in history.So it is very significant for people to utterly understand the connotation of fair use and the criterion of reasonableness.The paper analyzes new problems in practice and gives suggestions on perfecting fair use system in China.
