The adjustment of the copyright on the fair use and some questions that need to perfect

In the copyright law, the fair use is one rule that causes the dispute easily and is difficult to understand. In order to guarantee that our country can better fulfill the rule ofTRIPSafter joining the WTO, our country has implemented big adjustment about the fair use in the copyright law and has partly reduced the range of fair use. Through expatiating the copyright law’s development in our country and the fair use’s copyright development in western countries, this paper discusses the adjustment of the fair use system and some questions that need to perfect.
