Research on Copyright Fair Use System under Digital Environment

Copyright law is in pursuit of balancing the interest between owners of copyright and the users,and fair use is one of the most important mechanism to help to achieve such goal of copyright law.The article analyses the challenges brought by the development of digital technology and the necessity of the existence of fair use.We should protect not only the right of copyright owner but also the right of the public.The situation that the interest of public becomes victim of modern technology should be avoided.We should perfect the system of fair use through learning some useful from other countries.
