Abstract

The graphite furnace atomic absorption was used to determined the content of Mn in Urine by the enhancing effect of NH4NO3, AA-BG Mode, the linear range is 0.1μg/L-40μg/L. When the sampling volume is 20ul,characteristis mass is 1.53×10-11g and the recoveries are 98.8%-101.2%.
