Abstract

[Objective] To establish a method for determination of manganese in urine by graphitefurnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).[Methods]The sample was diluted directly, pyrolytic coating graphite tube and Zeeman background correction were adopted, and manganese content in urine was measured by GFAAS.[Results]The detection limit was 0.03 ng/ml,recovery rate was 96.5%~106.3% and the Test precision RSD was 5.9%~12.6 %.[Conclusion]The method is rapid, accurate, and with high sensitivity can be recommended for the determination of manganese content in urine.
