Abstract
Objective To observe the peptic ulcer perforation repair of clinical efficacy. Methods in Fengshun people's hospital from January 2006~December 2009 admitted 126 cases of perforated peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups(laparoscopic group) and control group(open group) of the 63 cases, two groups were compared treatment and postoperative complications, rehabilitation. Results All patients were successfully operated, observation group, the average operation time was 78.4min,the control group, the average operation time was 75.9min,little difference between the two groups(P0.05) ,The observation group average length of time in four days, the average length of time, two groups of eight days significant difference(P0.05) ,after 6 months of follow-up,patients in both groups achieved clinical healing.Total observation group complications occurred in 1 case,1.6%;the control group a total of 6 cases of postoperative complications, accounting for 9.5%.Significant difference between the two groups(P0.05) . Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcer perforation treatment results are satisfactory, and has fewer complications, heal faster, and worth for clinical use.
