Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopy and open repair for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Method 96 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation who were admitted into our department from January 2009 to December 2011 were divided into two groups randomly, the observation group included 48 patients and received laparoscopic repair, the control group included 48 patients and received open repair. Results The total operation time of observation group was significantly longer than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, utilization rate of postoperative analgesic, incidence rate of postoperative complications of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions The laparoscopic repair for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is of small trauma, quick restoration, low incidence rate of postoperative complications and exact curative effect,so this surgical method is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
