Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of dynamic stretching on the performance of the standing long jump of the university students.Method: This study had experiments on 250 college students of 5 departments of Zhengzhou University. The five kinds of experimental methods included dynamic stretching(DS),static stretching(SS),no stretching(N),dynamic stretching+ static stretching(DSSS),static stretching+ dynamic stretching(SSDS).The performances of the standing long jump were tested immediately after the intervention and after five minutes break.Result: The result indicated that the performance standing long jump with the intervention of the dynamic stretching was better than that without stretching and that with static stretching(P0.05).Furthermore,it was not significant that DS was taken at once between after 5 minutes(P0.05).conclusion: The results demonstrated that dynamic stretching had a positive impact on the standing long jump of the colleges and this effect had some continuity and stability.
