On the Business Merger Clause in China's Future Anti-monopoly Law

With establishment and perfection of our country's market economy,enterprises own more decision-making power in operation, at the same time, phenomenon on business merger is increasingly common. However, our country's anti-monopoly law has not been formulated yet, regulation on business merger still left blank. The article discusses the business merger from two parts as follows:first it demonstrates the regulation on business merger from three aspects:reality,economy, law. Then it designs the business merger clause in China's future anti-monopoly law from substantial law, also covering the extra-territory effect of the business merger clause.
