On the Business Merger System of Korea

To prevent business monopoly and maintain effective competition of market economy in the process of economic development,the Korean government formulated anti-monopoly law in 1980 which gave rules on business merger.With the development of globalization and the establishment and improvement of China's market economy,the problem that the regulation on business merger is still left blank is becoming more and more obvious as business merger has come to be common practice.As a result,by studying and referring to the business merger system and experience of Korea,I propose to set up a proper business merger system in China.
