Abstract
Enterprise merger, as an approach into monopolizing an industry, has been constrained by anti monopoly laws of each country. But to its definition, the standards are various. In this paper, the author undertakes to compare the definitions of enterprise merger among anti monopoly laws of several countries, summarize its basic concept and components, and find out the flaws in the definition of our country, expecting to offer theoretical reference for the monopoly issue in restraining enterprise merger in our country.
