Clinical observation of nebulized salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical application and safety of nebulized salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma in the Emergency Internal Medicine of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 in each group.The observation group received the treatment of salbutamol and budesonide inhalation therapy,and the control group received dexamethasone sodium phosphate.The overall efficacy and improvement of pulmonary function before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results The postoperative pulmonary function recovery and various indices of peripheral blood in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the shortness of breath,pulmonary wheeze,cough and other major clinical symptom duration in the observation group decreased significantly.Conclusion The treatment of nebulized salbutamol combined with budesonide on the acute attack of bronchial asthma has definite curative effect and could improve acute exacerbations of asthma symptoms quickly and speed the recovery of lung function.It has less side effects and is safe and reliable and it is worthy of clinical application.
