The clinical observation of the joint inhalation of budesonide suspension and salbutamol solution in treatment of asthma of acute attack

Objective To observe the curative effect of the joint inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol on asthma of the medium-severe acute attack,and to evaluate their clinical value.Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment and control groups).The treatment group inhaled jointly budesonide and salbutamol 7 days on the basis of the treatment.Asthma symptoms were observed in patients with signs and indicator of lung function.Results The signs and symptoms of asthma and indicator of lung function in the treatment group were significantly improved(P0.05) more than the controls.Conclusion The inhalation of the joint budesonide and salbutamol can effectively improve the signs and symptoms in patients with asthma and lung function index.
