Abstract

300MW generating unit in Shiliquan Power Plant ever adopted the following traditional water feeding mode during startup:with motor driven feedwater pump as startup working pump,when the load of unit exceeded 90MW,to put steam tubine driven feedwater pump into operation;when the load of unit exceeded 150MW,to withdraw motor driven feedwater pump from operation.The operation practice showed that,low reliability and high serrice power rate etc.problems existed.Aiming at approaching a kind of safe,economic and rational operation mode of feedwater pump,the article put forward the following optimized scheme:for the cold state startup of unit,to start motor driven pump,needing not condensate pump;for the hot state startup of unit,without motor driven feedwater pump to feed water.The superiority of this water feeding scheme was also analyzed in the article.
