Clinical study of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on paraquat poisoning

Objective To study different results of comprehensive treatment on acute paraquat-poisoned patients who took different doses.Methods The paraquat-poisoned patients of every stage were divided into two groups: the investigating groups accepted conventional treatments + HP seriesHD;the control groups accepted simple conventional treatments.Results The mortalities were different of patients who took different doses.The death of investigating groups lived longer than the control groups.Conclusion Acute poisoning of paraquat poisoning a greater amount of the higher mortality(P 0.05),HP score≤ 100ml poisoning patients series HD treatment can significantly reduce mortality(P 0.05),clinical use of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion in the treatment of paraquat poisoning patients,improve the survival rate of the patients.
