Abstract
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of qi-yin deficiency.[Methods]80 disgnosed patients were randomly divided into two groups: the patients of control group were received routine treatment of western medicine,the patients of treatment group were accepted the decoctions which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and routine treatment of estern medicine,The course of treatment was 60 days for them.[Results]The value of urine microalbumin(UMA) and urea between the control group and the treatment group had the significant difference(P0.05).[Conclusion]Urinary microalbumin excretion rate in the treatment group was significantly decreased,which indicate that the decoctions which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation could delay the development of diabetes nephropathy.
