Abstract
Four treatment of 150,225,300 and 375 kg·ha-1 organic-inorganic compound fertilizer as starter fertilizer were applied, and soybean rhizosphere enzyme activity of Catalase and Urease from soybean seedling to maturewere determined. The results showed that the dynamic changes of rhizosphere enzyme activity showed increase and then decrease trend, and the peak value appeared at the middle growing stage. All fertilizer treatments had higher enzyme activity than control, and the treatment of 300 kg·ha-1 fertilizer was significantly higher than others. All results indicated that organic-inorganic fertilizer application can improve the rhizosphere enzyme activity obviously.
