Study of the Choice of the Leading Industry of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone

Leading industry is in the subjectivity of the strategic position in a country or region's industrial structure system,determination and training of the leading industry is very important for a region's economic development.According to the actual situation of Yingkou Economic and Technological Zone,this paper put forward the principles of the choice of the leading industry on the basis of the theory of industry economics and leading industry.And on that basis,this paper chooses the dominant industries of the development zone through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The dominant industries including the Black metal smelting and rolling processing industry,the Photo electricity industry,the Power transformer industry,the Metal products industry,the Non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry and the Equipment manufacturing industry.Also,this paper proposes suggestions to promote the development of the leading industry.
