Abstract

To preserve the wild resources and meet the needs of people,with the method of tissue culture,hypocotyl of Androsace filiformia were used as material to do the research on callus inducement and differentiation,rooting of adventitious buds,rooting and rooting multiplication of tube seedlings,transplantation of tube seedlings and stable planting.The results showed that the ideal medium for callus induction from hypocotyl was MS+ZT 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 2.1 mg/L;MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+ZT 0.6 mg/L was the best medium for callus differentiation and adventitious buds differentiation's multiplication;cultivated in the medium 1/2 MS after the adventitious buds disposed 24 h with IAA10 mg/L was the best method for rooting of adventitious buds.The transplanting survival rate of tube seedlings was 94.1% and stable planting survival rate was 98.5% in the greenhouse,the tube seedlings survivaled retained all biological characteristics of the wild Androsace filiformia.
