Abstract
A set of experimental device used for supercritical fluid extraction of seed oil was developed. The effects of operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, milling degree, void fraction and extraction time on the oil yield had been studied in detail based on both soy bean and peanut oil and the optimum conditions were obtained. At a pressure range of 25~30 MPa and 30~40℃,about 96% of the oil yield was reached after 5 h of extraction.
