Abstract
The method of the extraction of corn oil with supercritical carbon dioxide was investigated. The extraction effect was dependent on working pressure , temperature and time. The optical operating conditions was 25~30 MPa,45℃ and 3h respectively. Corn oil was also analyzed. The method of supercritical extraction was compared with traditional method. It's suitable for industry production.
