Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intervention during pregnancy health guidance and safe medicationguide. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology as the research object, itsaverage randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group, the control groupreceived routine nursing care of pregnant women, pregnant women in experimental group received routine carealso received prenatal health guidance and safe medication guidance, intervention delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared after two weeks and perinatal outcome. Results In the trial group, pregnant women of gestational diabetes, pregnancy, premature rupture of fetal membranes of hypertensive disease, anemia,cesarean delivery ratio is less than the control group, the experimental group children with fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, premature birth ratio lower than that of control group. Conclusion Health education guidance and safe medication guidance can improve maternal birth outcomes and perinatal outcomes, it is worth clinician reference application.
