Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the TLC identification methods for Rhizoma Curcumae Longae,Semen Arecae,Fructus Chebulae,Sabina Przewalskii,Fructus Piperis Longi and Berberis kansuensis Schneid ,and an HPLC for quantitative determination of gallic acid in Ershiba Wei Binglang pills. METHODS TLC and HPLC were adopted.RESULTS The specificitions of TLC were proved. RSD of precision for HPLC was 1.70%,and the mean recovery was 98.4%. Regression equation of standard curve was A =5×10 6 C -1 8058×10 4( r =0.9997).CONCLUSION These methods are simple and credible, and can be used to control the quality of Ershibawei Binglang pills.
