Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish TLC identification methods for Fructus chebulae、Herba aconiti Tangutici,Herba hypecoe,Semen herpetospermi and Radix Aconiti, and establish a method for quantitative determination of gallic acid in Shiyiwei Jinse pills.METHODS The TLC method was used to identify Fructus chebulae etc. Gallic acid was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The specificities of TLC was proved.RSD of precision by HPLC was 1.12%,and mean of recoveries was 101.48%.Regression equation was A=5×10 6C-7.6×10 3 (r=0.9998).CONCLUSION These methods are simple and credible, and can be used to control the quality of Shiyiwei Jinse pills.
