Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standard of Dasimabao Pills.Methods Radix Aucklandiae,Lac Lacca,Hooker winghead root,Radix Et Rhizoma Rubiae and Benzoin were identified by TLC.The content of gallic acid in Dasimabao Pills was determined by HPLC.Results The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The linear range of gallic acid was 0.485-4.850 μg(r=0.999 3).The average recovery was 99.31% and RSD was 1.12%(n=9).Conclusion The method is accurate and convinient,with good specifity and reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Dasimabao Pills.
