On the Exploration and Countermeasures of Teaching Quality Evaluation in Local Undergraduate Colleges

Undergraduate teaching evaluation is the system guarantee of comprehensively improving the quality of higher education in the new situation and at the new starting point,and it is the main means of modern teaching management and guidance,that is,according to the standard of teaching quality,using scientific method to determine the teaching process or results. This paper analyzes the effectiveness and problems of the undergraduate teaching evaluation by the overview of undergraduate teaching evaluation,and puts forward measures in response to the reform from the evaluation subject,evaluation object,evaluation process and other aspects.
