Abstract
Taking the contents of total apple polyphenol in the gala apple as index, the separated and purified technology of apple polyphenol was studied by Macroporous Resins AB-8.As the result of the test shows, the purity of the apple polyphenol was effectively improved by Macroporous Resins AB-8.By the research of influence factors of purification, the optimum purification process of crude extracts of ethanol precipitation removing impurity were determined by Macroporous Resins AB-8, and the optimum solution of apple polyphenol was 1.5 g/L solution, the optimum sample injection rate was 1 mL/min, eluted to non-sugar by distilled water after adsorption saturation, and then 60 % acetone elution that the optimum elution speed was 0.5 mL/min, in the end, 79.5 % the purification of apple polyphenol was obtained.
