Clinical Curative Effect of Different Doses of Simvastatin Treatment on Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of different doses of simvastatin treatment on hyperlipidemia,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Method:382 patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were selected and divided into low-dose group(20 mg/d)and high-dose group(40 mg/d)by double-blind randomized,each group had 191 cases. Ed eight weeks,observed changes of cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)level of two groups before and after treatment,compared the clinical curative effect of two groups,monitored the adverse reactions.Result:TC,LDL-C,HDL-C, TG levels of High-dose group were improved significantly than small dose group(P0.05);High-dose group total effective rate was 89.53% and better than that of small dose group(78.01%)(P0.05);Both groups showed good tolerability,found no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion:High-dose simvastatin treatment of hyperlipidemia has curative effect,high safety.
