Abstract
The fermentation condition of Flainmulina velutipes in submerged culture to obtain the extracellular polysaccharide and the intracellular polysaccharide was studied. The results indicated that the optimum condition of Flainmulina velutipes in submerged culture was cultivation cycle of 8 d,cultivation temperature of 25 ℃,rotational speed of 140 r/min,vaccination quantity of 8%,initial pH of value nature. The optimum cultivation time of obtaining the biggest extracellular polysaccharide yield was 9 days, while the optimum cultivation time of obtaining the biggest intracellular polysaccharide yield was 7 days.
