Abstract

Objective To study the effects of treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint with wire suspension. Methods 24 cases of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were all treated by wire suspension. Results 17 cases were followed up from 6 to 48 months. The function was recovered well. Conclusions It is an effective method of treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint with wire suspension,which can provide anatomic reduction and rigid fixation easily.
