Abstract
Objective: To explore treatment effect of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle.Method: The 8 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus coracoclavicular and acromioclavicular ligament repaired.Result: 7 cases were followed up from 6 months to 12 months.6 cases were superior,1 case favorable. The good and excellent rate was 100%.After surgery, redislocation wasn't occurred by X-ray.Conclusion: Wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus ligament repaired is a reliable way for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
