Abstract
Capital is a general category of the market economy with natural attribute of appreciation and connected to specially appointed production relation at the same time. In the socialist market economy it is very important to know what is general and what is special of the capital and take full advantage of it and use the capital theory to advance the reform and development of the state-owned enterprises.
