Abstract
Marx's interest-bearing capital theory is an important part of his theory of money and finance.We can see it's certain that capital market appear and develop under the condition of socialism market economy from the deep analysis of interest-bearing capital,interest,credit and fictitious capital by Marx.The appearance and development of market economy accord with China's actual condition at present age.At the same time,the norm and guide action of the country should be stress in the structure and development of capital market,using interest rates reasonably in macro-regulation,strengthen the credit mechanism in capital market to guarantee the legal gain of the investor,and keep a lookout on the financial risk the fictitious economy brings about.
