Efficacy Evaluation of Carboprost Methylate Suppositories with Oxytocin on Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of carboprost methylate suppositories with oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 240 cases of puerpera were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with oxytocin,the observation group wes treated with carboprost methylate suppositories with oxytocin. Results The third production pediatric time was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group. 2 h postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group. Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositories with oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage has reliable effect and good security,which is worthy of clinical application.
