Relations between “Heaven" and “Human" of the Neo-Confucianism in Song Dynasty

In the philosophy of the Neo-Confucianists of Song dynasty, “Heaven was regarded as the noumenon of the universe, and also endowed with ethical meaning. while, “Human was abstracted as a unitary category and generalized as a universal mental existence. Based upon this, they expounded the unity of “Heaven and “Human through discussing the origin of the universe, and demonstrated that “Principle, “Mind and “Nature are the joint of “Heaven and “Human, which provides theoretic support for the viewpoint of “Unity of Heaven and Human.
