Abstract
Objective To study the expression of nuclear factor(NF)-κB-p65 and CD15s in lung cancer tissues,and to explore the relationship between the expression and tumor cell metastasis and infiltration and tumor apoptosis,and to explore the possible molecular mechanism of lung cancer cell metastasis and infiltration.Methods Seventy samples of lung cancer tissues and 15 normal lung tissues were collected through surgical operation.RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of NF-κB-p65mRNA in the lung cancer tissues and lung tissues around tumor.Cell apoptosis index in tissues was detected by the TUNEL method.The expression of CD15S was detected in these tissues with Immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of NF-κB-p65mRNA in the lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the lung tissues around tumor.The expression of NF-κB-p65 mRNA in adencarcinoma tissues was higher than that in small cell lung cancer and squamous carcinoma tissues,the expression in three groups had significant difference(P0.05).Cell apoptotic index in lung cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in lung tissues around tumor(P0.05).The expression of NF-κB-p65mRNA was negative correlated with apoptotic index in the lung cancer tissues.The positive rate of CD15s was 64.3%,but the expression of CD15s in 15 cases of the lung tissues around tumor was negative.The difference of expression in the two groups was significant(P0.05).The expression of the NF-κB-p65 mRNA and CD15s protein was associated with the tumor cell differentiation,the lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and pathological typing.Conclusion NF-κB-p65 and CD15s may facilitate the lung cancer cell metastasis and infiltration;NF-κB-p65 may enhance the lung cancer cell differentiation and proliferation,and play an anti-apoptotic role in lung cancer.
