Abstract
Objectives Clinical nursing pathway in Laparoscopic cholecystectomy application,to improve the quality of nursing.Methods 122 cases of LC patients on admission were randomly divided into normal group(control group,n=61) and Clinical nursing pathway group(experimental group,n=61).Comparing the two groups of patients with postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,the average length of hospital stay,the average medical expenditure,diseases related to knowledge and satisfaction.Results Two patients were cured and discharged.The experimental group length of hospital stay,anal exhaust time,hospitalization costs were lower than the control group.Related disease knowledge and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group.Comparison of the two groups,P0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can provide care quality,reduce medical costs to improve the patients' satisfaction.
