Abstract

Education aims have profound meaning and deep implication as Dewey's core content of educational ideas.Dewey argued that education aim is education itself,education is autotelic.It is represented by individuality and situation,continuity and flexibility,endogeny and meaningfulness,unified aims-means,and so on.We should cognize dialectically Dewey's educational aims,not only grasp its significance and value,but also see the shortage and limitations.
