Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in anti-inflammatory granules. Methods C18column( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile( 9∶ 91) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min- 1. The temperature of the column was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 8. 128- 60. 96 μg·ml- 1( r =0. 9998). The average recovery rate was 99. 34%,with an RSD of 0. 41%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is quick, accurate, sensitive, repeatable and can be used for quality control of anti-inflammatory granules.
