Abstract

Farmland property rights structure includes integrity and completeness. Different farmland property rights structure with different incentive and restrict effects would result in varied institutional performance. The success of farmland share cooperatives of Luyanghu village not only determined by maintaining integrity but also improving completeness of farmland property rights. The enlightenment of innovation of farmland property rights structure of Luyanghu farmland share cooperatives is that the future China farmland property rights structure innovation should further perfect farmland property rights structure.
